WPGA has the pleasure to announce the winner and runner ups portfolios choosen among the 36 portfolios (from 15 countries) that were selected as finalists of The Jacob Riis Award, sponsored by Eyemazing Magazine and juried by Susan Zadeh ( Netherlands), Paul Cava (US), Per Valentin ( Denmark), and Alexander Scholz ( Germany).

These 36 portfolios were selected among hundreds of series received from all over the world. The finalists’ portfolios will be published in the Book The Jacob Riis Award and exhibited in a date to be determined (there's a high chance to exhibit The Jacob Riis Award jointly with The Julia Margaret Cameron Award for Women Photographers in August 2011 at The Palais de Glace in Buenos Aires, Argentina).
